Allocation of stands at Viscom-Sign is done directly, in any one of the show’s four exhibition areas.

You can check out the stand plan and depending on current availability choose the one which best suits your needs. Then you will need to fill in the Stand Contract providing all the information required (including s.q.m. and stand number), and send it to our office. This contract contains the general participation rules.

SPACE RENTAL

New 2010 rates: So that nobody is left out

VISCOM SIGN has prepared NEW 2010 RATES so that the cost will match your space requirements perfectly.

Floor space rates

• Second floor stands will be invoiced at 50% of the price per constructed square meter of the first floor (only floor space, modular stand and accessories not included).
• Not included VAT 8%, cleaning, obligatory insurance, build up fee and minimum electrical consumption.
• Inscription fee: 413.83 € (regardless the contracted space). Includes: entry in the Official Catalogue, entry in the Website, invitation tickets upon square metres, exhibitor passes, 10 VIP passes, online planner service, promotional stickers and press promotion.

* It is important to emphasise that the exhibitors of Viscom-Sign automatically have the same space (or similar) reserved for the upcoming edition of the show, in case they have the intention to exhibit. Reservation of space ends 2 months after the show has closed. Companies who have not confirmed reservations in writing before that date will lose their preferential rights to occupy the same location. In this case, the Organization may allocate that space to other companies.

Springboard Programme: a great opportunity

If you want to BE SOMETHING, you have to GET IN and we make it easy for you with the SPRINGBOARD PROGRAMME. Take advantage of exceptional terms for new exhibitors when you hire your space at VISCOM.

Viscom-Sign has created the Springboard Programme for new exhibitors. This is a “new companies area” providing the possibility of exhibiting with very reasonable financial conditions, especially for small distributors, suppliers and service companies.

The Springboard Programme consists on a 12 sqm Pack Format stand for only 3,300 € (8% VAT included). The modular stand includes assembly, electric power panel, civil liability insurance, lighting, furnishings, cleaning service and aluminium finishes with melamine stand walls.

To be eligible for these beneficial conditions, it must be the first time that your company takes part in the show and your application must be accepted by the show’s Organizing committee.

For the Exhibitors of Digital Signage Area: Demonstration Room - Demo Show

Stand hire includes free use of a room fully equipped with audiovisual equipment, with time distributed as follows:

• Companies with spaces up to 20 m², use of the room 1 hour/day for the three days of the show.
• Companies with 21 - 50 m² spaces, use of the room 2 hours/day for the three days of the show.
• Companies with spaces larger than 51 m², use of the room 3 hours/day for the three days of the show.

The organizers will promote the demonstration schedule on a mass scale, before and during the event.
