ViscomSign is the perfect showcase for companies that provide solutions for the visual communication industry. Now the Cronos Optima programme encourages participants to hire their space by April 30th. This programme offers exhibitors significant added value in terms of marketing: the firms’ logos will appear on the show website, their new products will be included in a newsletter sent to registered visitors and they will be able to take part in the Green Route project at no additional cost.
6–8 October 2011, the 24th edition of ViscomSign Spain will bring together the entire visual communication solutions industry in Spain and Portugal. The event —organised by Reed Exhibitions Iberia— will be held in pavilion 8 at the Institución Ferial de Madrid exhibition centre (Ifema). The upcoming edition of the show will allow the sector's leading companies to present the latest materials, technology, practices and trends in this highly dynamic sector.
Attendees at ViscomSign Spain in October are once again expected to represent a diverse professional profile—there were 7,541 unique visits in 2010. Visitors include specialists from various fields, with skill areas ranging from technical/industrial to creative/artistic. In order to attract the sector's professionals, the organisers of this B2B event are already working on a new and extensive programme of activities. Each year these include courses, displays, seminars and workshops.
Incentive programme
The event's organising team has created the Cronos programme to reward exhibitor loyalty and encourage companies to hire their stands early. The first phase, known as Cronos Fidelity, has already ended. It was reserved for companies that took part in the 2010 edition. The current phase of the loyalty system, Cronos Optima, offers incentives to all companies that hire their space for ViscomSign 2011 before 30 April.
By confirming their attendance at this stage of the programme, firms will have greater freedom to choose among the different spaces available. They can also take advantage of significant added marketing value at no charge. These benefits would cost companies that do not take advantage of this offer €1,920. For example, the company logo will appear in the 'Brands' section on the show's home page (38,189 unique visits and 136,580 hits).
In addition, companies that reserve a stand at ViscomSign Spain 2011 at this time have the chance to appear in a digital newsletter about new products offered by show exhibitors. This publication goes out to the 26,740 professionals registered. The Cronos Optima programme also offers these companies the option of taking part in the second edition of the Green Route at no additional charge. This project was created to promote environmentally friendly products from the show's exhibitors and is supported by a wide variety of promotional activities.
