Over the course of three intense days, ViscomSign España 2010 will present the many facets of the visual communication sector. This annual gathering, where creativity and technology converge in many formats and materials, is attended by a large number of professionals seeking solutions to expand their business opportunities. In addition to the comprehensive range of products offered in the show’s four exhibition areas, specialists are attracted to the show by an extensive programme of seminars, conferences and exhibitions, as well as professional association and educational activities of great interest.
14-16 October 2010, the 23rd edition of ViscomSign España will bring together the entire visual communication solutions industry. On this occasion, the specialised gathering will be held in Pavilion 4 of the Institución Ferial de Madrid (Ifema) venue. As a show characterised by offering a 360º comprehensive overview of the business, this event facilitates an ongoing evolution towards new market niches. The next edition of the event – organised by Reed Exhibitions Iberia – will make it possible to obtain the latest materials, technologies, styles and trends appearing all the time in this very dynamic sector.
This B2B gathering will once again feature four complementary exhibition spaces. During the three days of the event, specialists will be able to visit the ViscomSign, DigitalSignage, InDigital and Design&Innovation areas. This allows professionals visiting one area to take advantage not only of the products offered in this space, but also the new items presented in the other three, taking place simultaneously. Specialists will once again be attracted by both the comprehensive range of products and services and an extensive programme of activities taking place alongside the show, including courses, seminars, workshops, conferences and exhibitions.
Four complementary areas
The ViscomSign area will feature large-format digital printing, textile digital printing systems, labelling, outdoor advertising and signage solutions, to list just some of the offerings. And as a space dedicated to solutions for digital and point-of-sale advertising, the DigitalSignage by Viscom area will include a wide range of new technologies and media designed to increase sales by broadcasting digital content over screens.
For its part, InDigital by Viscom will bring together all the companies offering solutions for digital imaging centres, an emerging business model which uses professional quality equipment and systems to personalise images and produce them on demand. Lastly, in the Design&Innovation by Viscom space, professional visitors will have access to design and innovation solutions presented by exhibitors, as well as a variety of exhibitions of interest to graphic designers and creatives.
A major showcase for the entire supply side
At each edition of ViscomSign España, the make-up of attendees features a similarly heterogeneous profile, with professionals specialising in both the technical/industrial and creative/artistic areas. Bringing together specialists from such varied fields in a single space is the show’s characteristic, one-of-a-kind model, which exhibitors at each edition reap the benefits of. Thanks to the various synergies established, the event is a major showcase where each year participating firms can offer the products and services specialists require.
The last edition of the event once again lived up to expectations, welcoming a total of 8,465 professional visitors. In October 2009, visual communication specialists filled the aisles of ViscomSign España, demonstrating once again that this show is the must-attend event for specialists in the sector. This annual event enjoys the loyalty of a large number of exhibitor companies operating in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, which are committed to this show as their main meeting place. At the last event there were 138 firms from a dozen countries.
